SOURCING
THE COTTON COMPANY is providing sourcing support to the buyers. We recommend the most suitable factories and also negotiate completitive prices with the vendors.
Sourcing is not just about price, it is about deciding the right fit between customer, vendor and product. Our sourcing team provides the following services

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our product development team gets involved once our sourcing team has identified a vendor that meets your requirements and has agreed on terms with them. Our product development team is one of the most active and experienced team in Pakistan. Our team of merchandisers and designers undertake the product development in the factories to meet buyer’s requirements, design development, color standard, counter samples, preproduction samples. Our merchandising team work with venders and the packaging suppliers on product packaging development and approvels. Our merchantdising team is offering following services.

PRODUCTION PLANNING & FOLLOW-UP
A dedicated team follows every production order from development to delivery. We believe in transparency. THE COTTON COMPANY offers the following services:
• As our customer, we maintain unique and robust documentation to ensure a bird’s eye view of the production line
• Diligently track all products in production at every step to avoid unwanted delays in shipments and be aware of delays.
• We update customers and sellers in analyzing production times
• We conduct initial meetings to prevent testing or production failures
IN LINE QUALITY CONTROL & INSPECTION
Our quality control inspection team involves contineously in the quality monitoring process. The in-line inspection begins at the greige fabric stage to avoid any potiental problem related to the fabric.
- Trained Quality Analysts are working with factories to review each step in the manufacturing process
- This Quality Analyzer will inform you during pre-production if there is a risk of quality violations.
- Intermediate inspections when the goods are about 20-30% in production and packaging
Statiscal Quality Control (SQC)
FINAL AUDIT & DETAILED INSPECTION REPORT
All quality control inspections and audits are customized and being performed according to the customer specifications. This process includes the following:
• The final inspection / audit is carried out on 80-100% of packed goods
• We do not allow items to be shipped until our quality team approves the item
• A detailed review is developed and shared with the customer for review
