THE COTTON COMPANY is offering 3rd party independency audit services to the buyers those are placing orders directly to different mills. However, want their products inspected as per international standards of audit.
Compliances Evaluation-Factory Cababilities
Our office conducts compliance evalution on behalf of our customer to ensure the factories are in compliance with the social standard set by the individual buyer. There evaluations are conducted regular by on an announced basis. Our Team varifies that the factory understands your requirements and expectations before commencing production and factory is prepared to impliment specification, quality standards, testing, packaging, etc.
Inline Inspection / Intermidiate Inspection
Inline Inspection program seaks to prevent errors. So that products that meet standard are made right the first time. The goal is to control the quality of input, the production process and the output. The purpose of this to detect bad work report too much is made and before parts in which there are defects are incorporated.
Production Progress
Production Progress is monitored in relation to the delivery terms and customer requirements. It is ensured to meet production deadlines white acheiving the desired product quality level.
Pre-Shipment Inspection / Final Inspection
We conduct final Inspection when at least 80% of the products are ready and packed into the shipping carton. To make sure everything is in accordance before shipment.
Container Loading Supervision
Supervision of cargo during stuffing into container. We verify the quality of products being loaded, quantity, condition of packing and sealing process.
